I changed my backpack at least once a year since middle school until I found this bag. I thought I was insane for paying the price for a backpack, but the value this brings to your life is worth that price. I’ve used this bag since 2022 and I’m admittedly not the friendliest to my bags. This bag has been in car heat, both winter and rain storms, rough handling from years of adaptive abuse, and catching some sharp angles of shelves. All things the other bags gave out on, but this one held strong and looked new each day! These bags come with warranty so whenever something did break(the zipper to the laptop compartment) I contacted customer support and they sent me a replacement! Truly incredible service and experience. If you’re on the fence about this bag no worries I get it it’s a lot of money. It has proven worth it in my opinion and has saved me so much time, money, anxiety, and stress from traveling and adapting to personal/work needs!

I bought the bag and it came with some issues with the stitching for the top compartment. One of the flaps holding a magnet for the quick access section was scrunched up and did not want to stay extended making it difficult for the flap to lock into place. Returned it and got a new one and now the flap is stitched correctly but the magnet is not in the right place (I can’t move it either) for the flap to lock into place. Everything else is great and the bag looks great, but for $300 dollars I wish that there was a little bit more care put into the small details.
