Sometimes carriers may accidentally mark a shipment as delivered, even though you haven't received your shipment yet. In this case, allow 24 additional hours for the order to be delivered. Packages may say delivered up to 2 hours prior to arrival. If within 24 hours you still haven't received your order, please file a lost shipment claim HERE

Delivery & Shipping

NOMATIC offers free shipping for US continental orders over $149 For orders under $149 or outside of the continental US, all shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location.

It can take 1-3 business days to process orders regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. During holiday sales and promotions, orders may take up to 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process and ship your order.


Unfortunately, due to a trademark issue, we are no longer able to sell our products in Europe under the NOMATIC brand name. So we created our new European brand, GOMATIC. It's the same great products with a brand new name.

Standard return and exchange policy

You can return or exchange your item 30 days after it is received for any reason. Must have proof of purchase, packaging, and hang tags intact.

Product Information

Soft Bags

All of our products are meant to be hand washed when they require a
cleaning. Do not put your NOMATIC Gear in a washing machine. The best
way to care for your gear is to take a damp wash cloth and some dish
soap and gently wipe the surface of the bag. Unfortunately, soaking the
bag in water or putting it in the washing machine will ruin the
material. For deeper stains, you may need to put a bit more elbow grease
into scrubbing your bag.


Hardcase Luggage 

Use a dilute mix of dish soap and water on another clean microfiber cloth to wash the outer shell. Many marks can be removed with the cloth, and some others may take some gentle scraping with your thumbnail.

There are many sprays and wipes available that will clean and protect the polycarbonate luggage, but many will leave a shiny finish different than the original NOMATIC matte black finish. Look for products formulated for matte finishes like these automotive detailing wipes. Always test these products in an inconspicuous area to see if you like the effect.

Like other high-quality luggage made of aluminum or leather, this
polycarbonate luggage is meant to last through many years of travel.
Just like scratched and burnished leather or battered aluminum luggage, a well-worn polycarbonate case is a record of your adventures and a badge of your achievements. Though your luggage may not look pristine, rest assured that it will protect and transport your possessions for years to come, as it continues to build its unique patina of scuffs and scratches.

All Nomatic products are made with synthetic materials with no animal
products. The only exception is the original NOMATIC wallet with a
leather pull tab. Alternatively, we have created the V2 line of wallets
with pull tabs composed of synthetic material.
