Nomatic will repair any damage or defect for any reason free of charge – whether it was purchased years ago or yesterday. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your product, we will happily replace it.

SO WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY?
Preferences: Bad color? Wrong style? Not enough or too much room? Unfortunately, we can’t cover personal preference under our warranty.
Cosmetic Wear and Tear: Our warranty does not cover any reasonable aging of your product that affects only the appearance and not the function of your pack. Examples: Issues such as logo rubbing off or scratches on the products from normal use are not covered.
Lost/Stolen Goods: Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Third Party Repairs or Replacements: Our warranty requires you to contact Nomatic for any repairs or replacement parts. We do not cover costs incurred via third party repairs or replacements.
Nomatic is not liable for damage to computers, cameras, equipment, clothing or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using them. Nomatic is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products.
