At Nomatic every product we sell is designed to be the best and built to last. That’s why every product comes with a lifetime warranty. Now you can rest assured that the product you're getting is a product that you’ll be able to use for years to come. We will do everything within our power to keep your product in use.
If any part of your Nomatic product becomes defective or non-functioning, then we will repair or replace it with a fully-functioning item that is in the same or better condition.
You might ask, what do you mean by defective or non-functioning? This means anything that compromises the use and safety of the item we will restore to a functional state. It also means that cosmetic wear is not covered, but don’t worry, cosmetic wear is actually a sign of a well-loved item that has many memories.
Please note that we will repair or replace your item with one that is in the same or better condition. We want our bags out of landfills, so if your item is not eligible for repair then we will send you one of our lightly-used, refurbished, or out-of-the-box items as a replacement.

MY BAG NEEDS REPAIR. WHAT DO I DO?
If your Nomatic bag needs repair
I DON’T LIVE IN THE US, CAN I STILL SEND MY BAG IN FOR REPAIR?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a return and repair service to customers living outside of the US at this time. If your bag needs repair we recommend that you find a local seamstress to fix it and send a photo of the receipt and repair to us so we can reimburse you the amount.
WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING COST?
You are responsible for the charges of shipping you bag to Nomatic. Please use a shipping method that provides tracking. Nomatic is not responsible for packages not received by our Repair Team.
Nomatic will cover the cost of all repairs to your item and pay to have it returned to you. We only offer shipping options to US addresses at this time. Your item will be shipped back using a normal 3-7 business day delivery window.
CAN I GET A LOANER BAG WHILE MINE IS IN REPAIR?
Unfortunately, we are unable to loan out a bag while yours is in the repair process. However, if the thought of going without your beloved NOMATIC bag for a few weeks causes nightmares and massive anxiety, please tell one of our customer service reps and we’ll do what we can to eliminate your distress.
WHAT IF MY BAG IS REALLY DIRTY?
Due to health concerns for our repair team, we are restricted by law from receiving items too dirty or odorous to repair. Any items returns showing signs of mold, mildew, or other possible toxic products, will be immediately discarded and not replaced.
IS THERE ANYTHING NOT COVERED IN THE LIFETIME WARRANTY?
Preferences: Bad color? Wrong style? Not enough or too much room? Unfortunately, we can’t cover personal preference under our warranty.
Cosmetic Wear and Tear: Our warranty does not cover any reasonable aging of your product that affects only the appearance and not the function of your pack. Examples: Issues such as logo rubbing off or scratches on the products from normal use are not covered.
Lost/Stolen Goods: Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.
Third Party Repairs or Replacements: Our warranty requires you to contact Nomatic for any repairs or replacement parts. We do not cover costs incurred via third party repairs or replacements.
Nomatic is not liable for damage to computers, cameras, equipment, clothing or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using them. Nomatic is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products.
