All items purchased on our website (with the exception of final sale or clearance items) can be returned or exchanged within up to 30 days after your purchase date.
What Condition Do Items Need To Be In For A Return Or Exchange?
To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging, with all original tags attached and in place.
Every return is carefully inspected by our inbound team. If an item is found to be damaged, used, or not in restockable condition, it will be set aside for review. In these cases, NOMATIC reserves the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product.
Ready to get started? Click here to initiate your return. U.S. customers will receive a prepaid return label via email. For international orders, we cannot issue labels—returns must be shipped independently and are only eligible for refunds.
Please properly package items, remove original labels, attach the return label, and drop off the return at the designated carrier location.
Does my return label expire?
Yes. Return labels are valid for 30 days. If your label expires, email info@nomatic.com for a new one.
Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different color or size. For other items, choose store credit when starting your return and use it to place a new order.
Do I have to pay for shipping on exchanges?
Return shipping is free in eligible regions. Outbound shipping and any applicable duties are the customer’s responsibility.
We stand by the quality of our products with a Manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and, workmanship in our Backpacks, Bags, Luggage and Accessories (*excluding apparel, wallets and refurbished or final sale products, please see below for more information.) Our Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty is extended to the original owner of the item and covers any manufacturer issues that hinder the functionality of the product for the lifetime of your gear. Cosmetic damage & normal wear and tear are not covered. We will always do our best to repair your well-loved gear, and help keep products out of the landfill. If we cannot repair it, or do not have the repair parts to send you to fix the gear, you may be eligible for a replacement bag of the same item.
NOMATIC’s Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty covers, manufacturing defects that affect the main functionality of the product, including the following:
- Broken Zippers
- Torn Zipper Track
- Broken Buttons
- Seal & Seam Defects
NOMATIC’s Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty does not cover, and is not limited to, the following:
- Cosmetic Blemishes, Scratches, Stains
- Accidental Damage
- Damage Caused by Misuse of Product
- Airline Mishandling Damage
- Final sale items, clearance items, refurbished items, and any product purchased second hand
- Lost or misplaced items
Apparel and Wallet Limited 1-Year Warranty
Standard warranty does not apply to apparel or wallets. We guarantee apparel and wallets against manufacturing defects for 1 Year. NOMATIC Apparel Products and wallets are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. Any Product claimed to be defective must be made available to NOMATIC for inspection. NOMATIC at its sole option shall repair or replace the defective Product or any defective component thereof. Abuse, modification or, improper maintenance or operation of a Product and normal wear and tear are specifically excluded from this Limited Warranty. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).
Certified Refurbished Products Limited 1-Year Warranty
Standard warranty does not apply to Certified Refurbished products. We guarantee Certified Refurbished products against manufacturing defects for 1 Year. NOMATIC Certified Refurbished products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. Any Product claimed to be defective must be made available to NOMATIC for inspection. NOMATIC at its sole option shall repair or replace the defective product or any defective component thereof. Abuse, modification or improper maintenance or operation of a Product and normal wear and tear are specifically excluded from this Limited Warranty. The Lifetime Warranty is eligible to the original recipient of the NOMATIC Product. For your ease and convenience, we require registering all NOMATIC gear when it has been purchased.

For products purchased through an approved NOMATIC dealer, we offer a lifetime warranty as long as the products are registered within 30 days of purchase.

Sometimes carriers may accidentally mark a shipment as delivered, even though you haven't received your shipment yet. In this case, allow 24 additional hours for the order to be delivered. Packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If within 24 hours you still haven't received your order.
NOMATIC will gladly accept apparel orders for return or exchange 30 days from the date of purchase if your items meet the following criteria:
- Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must not be washed
- Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
** FINAL SALE apparel items are not eligible for return or exchange.
** Gift Card purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
** International orders are not eligible for exchange
** International customers may return an order but NOMATIC is not able to provide a label and is not responsible for any shipping costs or customer fees incurred.
All Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st will be eligible for return or exchange until January 31st.
