Method Luggage Carry-On

I purchased this to use in conjunction with the 20L travel pack and it's a great combo . The bag is 7.2lbs w/compression cover. The interior has no wasted space, easy to clean and the wheels are designed for minimal protrusion/max interior space . When fully loaded (using Nomatic compression Cubes) & with a travelpack on top, it rolled smoothly through the airports, hotel lobbies, carpeted hallways. On 1 flight, it fit perfectly in a 22" overhead bin suprising the flight crew since most bags are a 1/4-1/2" off. Expandable is great asset helps in compressing when you're packing and once you're not traveling by plane it gives more flexibility. I used it non-expanded w/20 liter travel pack for 1 week business/fun for carry-on international, The luggage feels durable but you know a lot more after a few months or a year,

It's an expensive piece of luggage based on a bare bones concept so durability will be key.

But I wouldn't have purchased it if I didn't feel confident.

We have a samsonite and travel pro carry ons. Both have occasional issues fitting in the overheads bins of all US and international airlines, causing checking those at the gate and sometimes picking them up at the carousel of baggage claim, eventhough both are carry on luggage. The Method actually solves this, and at the same time more durable and flexible than the other 2. Very happy with this purchase!

I take at least two flights per week and this carry on has become my new favorite. I have been a huge Briggs and Riley soft shell fan for a long time. I still love those bags and kept them. However, I decided to get this hard shell to minimize potentially bringing bed bugs home. Even in the nicest hotels, these buggers have become an issue. The wheels are silky smooth and I often have extra space in my bag due to roomy it truly is. I do have to be more strategic of what I pack the Nomatic bag and what I place in my personal item bag because the Nomatic lacks a quick access pouch. In about 15 trips so far, it has kept up well.
