      Such a great bag. There is a space for everything and keeps me organized. My only constructive feedback is that the sleeve for passing over your suitcase handle has a very tight opening and is hard to use. I would find a way to loosen that up a bit.

      Solid, dependable; minor quirks

      Clearly a lot of thought went into the design, and I’m growing gradually fond of the arrangement of openings & pockets. The 360° shoulder strap is annoying, because I frequently have to stop and rotate it to straighten it out, and the rear over-the-suitcase-handle opening is just slightly too small for my carryon, so I have to strain & stretch to fit it over (and especially when I have my 16” laptop & a tablet in the rear compartment), but overall I’m happy with the bag.
