You can return or exchange your item 30 days after it is received for any reason with proof of purchase, packaging and hang tags intact, and all items included. US Soft Goods Lifetime Warranty:
We stand by the quality of our soft goods with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty* against defects in materials and workmanship. Cosmetic damage is not covered. For protection against accidental damage we offer two and three year extended coverage plans, which are available within 30 days of purchase. In the event that one of our customers experiences a problem, we are here to help!
Our lifetime warranty makes sure all materials and workmanship stand up to normal wear and tear. The extended protection plan covers all those accidents that can happen as you adventure around the world with your NOMATIC products. For example, if you’re road tripping across the country and end up damaging the zipper in the process, then the extended protection plan has you covered. Or, if you’re more of a home-body and you accidentally spill your morning coffee all over the inside of the bag, that’s also covered. We do our best to provide you with the best protection we can.
To submit a NOMATIC lifetime warranty claim, click the button below and fill out the form. Our warranty team will review your request and issue a warranty authorization number. With that number you will be responsible for shipping the item to our warranty facility where we’ll determine if it will be repaired or replaced with the same, fully-functioning item in similar or better condition.
Note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and NOMATIC will cover any repairs/replacement costs.
Luggage Lifetime Warranty:
We stand by the quality of our luggage with a manufacturer's lifetime warranty* against defects in material and workmanship. All of our luggage pieces have removable components, which make repairs simple. If you’re feeling handy you can order one of our DIY repair kits for a $10 handling charge, or you can ship it to one of our 3 US repair centers. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the bag to and from our repair facility and NOMATIC will cover the repair cost. If it can’t be repaired, determined at our discretion, we will replace the bag.
For protection against accidental damages we also offer two and three year extended protection plans for all luggage pieces.

NOMATIC is not liable for damage to computers, cameras, equipment, clothing or anything in your surrounding environment as a result of using our products. NOMATIC is also not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others as a result of using our products.
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by this lifetime warranty.
