Return Policy

If any part of your NOMATIC product has become non-functioning or defective, please fill out a warranty claim. 

You can return or exchange new and unused items within 30 days of delivery. You must return items in new or unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for items that are visibly used or damaged. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Domestic US Customers:

Store Credit: we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s). Once the item(s) are received into our warehouse a refund will be issued to you in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email. Store credit is only available for domestic US returns.

Refund: we will provide you with shipping instructions to return your item(s). Once the item(s) are received into our warehouse a refund will be issued to the original payment method used on the order. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.

International Customers:

Refund: we will provide you with shipping instructions to return your item(s) to the nearest warehouse. Once the item(s) are received into our warehouse a refund will be issued to the original payment method used on the order. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. Store Credit is not available for international customers.

Terms & Conditions

  • Item(s) must be purchased from NOMATIC.com.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days and include all packaging and contents.
  • Orders over 10 units are not eligible for returns.
  • Returned orders must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before the order is returned to NOMATIC.com.
  • Please include all used and unused products to receive a full refund.
  • We do not refund shipping costs in either direction.
  • Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed after receipt of your item(s).
  • If you made a purchase and a larger discount was offered after your purchase, we cannot apply the larger discount to a previous order.
  • If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don't get it because you were not there, wrong address, moved without notifying us, and the package returns back to our warehouse, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking #, please keep an eye out for the package.

Return Process

Failure to provide us with the RMA number will result in an automatic $10 fee being deducted from the refund amount and possible refusal of the return.
