For me, absolutely. I got tired of the side openings on my PD pack. They became a nuisance. The design of this Nomatic pack proved to be far more spacious and user friendly. I can fit more and I can find it all, quickly. More than that, the Nomatic pack is far more comfortable. Something about the way it sits and the padding just makes it much easier to wear. I use this pack to carry my Z8 with a 600mm lens attached. I also have room for my landscape lens, and all my accessories. And of course, my Mac fits no problem in the laptop compartment. Did I mention build quality? Yeah, its got that too.

Amazing bag and fits the gear I need. Incredible quality and love that it can stand on its own. You can really stuff it but it does get heavy and can get painful after a couple of hours. Only thing is zippers can get confusing but nothing colored tape can’t fix.

On a euro trip this summer and using the 25 ltr and a Patagonia carry on. Keeping gear to a minimum. Nikon Z8 25-70 2.8 v2 & accessories. Using the bag for gear plus some clothing. Great to be able to strap onto my carry on. Bag is built well. Straps are rigid - hope they soften some. This is my 3rd Nomatic bag: 13L messenger, briefcase all in black. All awesome. Well built.

Ive owned this bag for a few years and I love it. Perfect size for big jobs like weddings, and portable enough for on location sessions like proposals and engagements.
