High Quality and Design
The design and the quality of the bag is very high. If there is one additional element that would have been nice to have, it would have a been a small lined pocket to hold a phone/wallet - much like what is included with the backpacks. Smaller items like that get lost in the larger pocket and the small sections inside are really not big enough to hold a phone.

Good so Far
Have been using this bag just a few weeks for work and its been great so far.
Pros: Looks great, really looks like an expensive bag. Lots of storage. Thoughtful design. Haven't needed the waterproofing but glad to know its there. Love that it can expand if needed too. Cons: No padding on the shoulder strap (so the strap slides around and you risk the bag coming off your shoulder), as many online reviews have noted. I ordered one on Amazon for cheap, but you'd think this would be a standard component. Could be more than one pen/pencil slot (minor inconvenience). I appreciate the RFID compartment - its a great idea, but why put it where it is, instead of the Passport compartment (most obvious use case)?

Solid bag and great compartment set
