They honored their warranty without giving me the runaround, provided free return shipping, and replaced my bag without questioning the issue or making the process difficult.

Good construction, convenient for mixed travel and camera use. The logo does peel off within the first few uses, as you can see in the pic, so that’s a quality miss. Also the matte texture lends itself to the bag looking dirty. Note No issues with tears or zippers. Be careful with sizing, as you can see the 30L is pushing it as a “personal item” since it just barely fits underneath the seat for most airlines. The picture is as compared to a Tumi carry-on.

I have had my bag for year now and it easily fits my stuff for 4 days and if I pack it right for 6 days. I really enjoy it when I go for work 4 days and need to travel. Of course if you need white collar shirts go with someshinge else. But thirts and jeans then you will love the bag.

I had mine replaced once and still same quality and good service. Big thumbs up for nomatic
