The best travel and laptop bag I’ve ever owned, and the only one I’ll ever need.
This is my second bag from the brand. My first lasted over five years of daily use and accompanied me on many trips, carrying both my personal and work essentials—laptop, tablet, and more. I was so satisfied that choosing another brand was simply unthinkable.

Customer Service of Gomatic
I have a slightly different experience with this product as I didn't buy it. Instead I would like to talk about how Gomatic (The UK brand) sorted a customer service issue in the best way I've seen in a while. I busted a zip on the main compartment making the non-expanded bag unusable. I emailed expecting it to be a hard sell. No. These guys shipped me this bag from the Nomatic store front as it was out of stock in the UK. They justified there reason, which they didn't have to I was more than happy, as Gomatic was going to switch to Nomatic anyway so sorry about the logo change. This was by far the best customer service I have had, just make sure you keep all the receipts and stuff in your email and I will be easy.

The �almost� perfect laptop and technology backpack
Clearly a lot of thought went into designing a backpack for the today�s tech needs. If not for a single broken zipper after 4 years, I would have not needed to buy an identical 2nd Nomatic 30L travel pack. There are just no other equivalent products in terms of features and style.

Nearly two years of daily abuse zippers still going strong
I’ve used this backpack daily for about a year and eight months as my everyday carry. As a Data Center Project Manager, I pack two laptops plus a travel monitor around 20 lbs of electronics every single day. Despite that constant weight, the zippers show zero signs of wear: no snags, no separation, no give. If you need a bag that can handle serious daily loads without falling apart, this one delivers.
