I am thoroughly impressed with the Navigator Sling 1L. As someone who appreciates efficient organization and durable gear, this sling hits all the marks. When I got the Limited Edition Tiger Stripe Bag, I thought it was too wide. Nothing wrong with it but only the zipper line, on the front pocket, would break after one and half or two years of wear and tear. Since they do not have this anymore, I was offered of this bag and I think this should of been my go to sling bag. Little narrow which I like, and the color black gave me a versatile to use at any outfit I wear.
Plus, the color gave me benefit to blend into the society because the Tiger Stripe bag gave me the looks from other people that I work in the military which I do not. I do not think this is something I should be portray as for my safety. And this gave me that balance. Thank you for this!

I finaly completed the set of 1L, 6L, 10L slings and the 15L backpack. This bag is perfect for my daily carry. It holds my iPad Mini, charger, keys, sunglasses & more. No complaints.

I have used a few other slings before but I really didn't like this one. I bought it for the water bottle holder, because a lot of times when I go out, I have a water bottle and always think it would be nice if I could put it in my bag without carrying a backpack. However, this Nomatic sling felt too rigid for me. It is large, but somehow it doesn't seem to hold a lot of stuff inside. The main pocket doesn't have a lot of room for expansion so you need to put things in there that are already flat. I also wasn't a huge fan of the strap which seemed to bunch up a bit. When I had a full water bottle in the sling, it just got very heavy and didn't work as well as I was hoping. That said, the product quality was great and consistent with what I'd expect from Nomatic.

Please note that the Navigator Sling 1L is more like a hip pack used for phones, chargers, a wallet, and maybe a few other small things. It is not meant to fit a full water bottle. If you were looking for one to hold a water bottle, you would want to use one of our bigger sizes that include a pocket specifically for a water bottle.
